Some important Youtube Informations
We use YouTube content ID system. There you will receive a notification of copyright claims by Diventa Music, what happen automatically through Youtube. You need not get panic, because isn`t bad. It is only a information. When advertising start before your video can start, then you have to change it in your Youtube Channel. You can allow it or not on your Channel. Look to your Account Options. All do a Software from Youtube, but it is not without mistakes in their System. There we can nothing do against Youtube.
Legal Informations
Under Sec. 13 and Sec. 74 (1) sentence 1 of the German Copyright Act, composers and artists have the right to be identified by
name. If music recordings are used in television or film productions, you must indicate the artist in the closing credits:
Licensor and ©Composer and Track Name. You must similarly identify the artist for every other use of music recordings except where
providing such reference is unreasonable for technical reasons, where governing law permits a different approach, or where
providing such reference is atypical in the industry.
For Youtube videos - if possible - please put a note on the composer in the description, as well as a link to the licensor (www.diventa-music.com)
The copyright to the music remains the property of the composer. Purchasing a license allows you to use the music for the
purpose(s) stated in your license agreement. It does not transfer copyright ownership to you or your client.

Diese Information wird automatisch von Youtube generiert und ist nicht weiter schlimm. Es ist nur eine Information.
Sollte es vorkommen, dass Werbung vor dem Start Ihres Videos durch Youtube geschaltet wird,
dass für den Lizenznehmer natürlich störend sein kann, dann müssen Sie die Werbegenehmigung in Ihrem Youtube Kanal ausschalten.
Manchmal hilft es auch das Video auf eine "White Liste" zu setzen. Dafür benötigen wir den Link zum Video clip.
Leider ist das Youtube System nicht immer fehlerfrei und dagegen können wir nichts machen.
Rechtliche Informationen:
Generell steht Künstlern gemäß § 74 Abs. 1 S. 1 UrhG ein Recht auf Namensnennung zu. Das geht natürlich nicht immer und ist auch nur nötig,
wenn es für die jeweilige Verwendung üblich und technisch möglich ist (bspw. wenn ein Film einen Abspann hat). Bei einer Verwendung von Musikwerken
in Fernseh- oder Filmproduktionen, muss im Abspann auf den Künstler hingewiesen werden: Künstlername und Titel, sowie auf den Lizenzgeber: Diventa Music.
Bei Youtube Videos - wenn möglich - bitte in der Beschreibung einen Hinweis auf den Komponisten, sowie einen Link zu dem Lizenzgeber (www.diventa-music.com) setzen.
Mit der Lizenzierung werden Sie nicht Eigentümer der Musik, sondern Sie erhalten eine Lizenz zur Nutzung der Musikwerke.
